rewilding yoga & adventure retreat
July 1 - 7, 2025 || Hardanger, Norway
about this retreat
There is a Norwegian saying that there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes. For the locals, living symbiotically with nature is part of their way of life. Research has shown that exposure to nature has been linked to a host of benefits, including improved attention, lower stress, and better mood. It is no wonder that Norway has been listed as one of the happiest countries in the world.
Nestled among towering fjords and lush forests, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature through a blend of yoga, hiking, kayaking, and movement activities. Through the various forms of movement, this retreat is a connection to our roots and a devotion to Pachamama herself. We will take only what is needed and we will leave no trace.

During this transformative retreat, where the majestic beauty of Norway serves as your backdrop for adventure and profound connection to nature, we will offer an array of movement practices.
Do you like yoga? The outdoors? Are you seeking some time to disconnect and re-energize?
Then this retreat might be for you!
Do I have to be an advanced yogi?
During the week, we’ll flow through a combination of power vinyasa, restorative, yin, and meditation practices. All experience levels are welcome for restorative, yin, and meditation practices. For power yoga classes, prior exposure to vinyasa-based yoga classes is encouraged but not necessary.
Modifications and adjustments are always provided throughout the week so you can make the practice your own.
Do I have to be an advanced hiker?
Norway is a hiking paradise. From rugged mountains to serene valleys, the hikes are tailored to intermediate fitness levels. You should be prepared for 3-5 hour trails with ascents ranging from 500-700 meters. Previous day hiking experience is encouraged. Traditional hiking equipment (trekking boots, poles, day packs) are all welcome but not mandatory unless you plan on participating in the optional, advanced hikes. The aim of the trails is to allow you to connect with the natural world around you and breathe in the fresh, crisp air.
What kind of meals will you be serving?
We encourage a plant based diet during the week but will offer opportunities to incorporate traditional meat protein during your stay. For any specific dietary restrictions, we will do our best to accommodate with the hotel and guides.
